Established in 2024, RIEC was founded on the principle that financial constraints, transportation, and childcare should not hinder any Rhode Islander from pursuing a medical career. We developed a comprehensive platform offering full funding and continuous professional guidance leading to an oppurtunity for employment in the Healthcare field . Our community-centric model integrates state leadership, clinical partners, and local stakeholders to empower residents, ensuring our curriculum meets rigorous industry standards. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 99-3099438), we recognize that cultivating a skilled healthcare workforce and promoting local equity are aligned objectives, achieved through accessible education.
